Smoked chicken, truffle and mushroom terrine, rye crostini, coal mayonnaise
Gin-cured salmon, pickled cucumber, ginger, sesame tuile
Roast parsnip soup, spiced hazelnut granola and pear (v)

Free-range turkey with game and chestnut stuffing served with traditional trimmings
Slow-braised ox cheek, game sausage, heritage carrots, anise, red wine jus
Poached cod loin, romesco sauce, confit potato, mussels
Squash and sage ravioli, pumpkin pickle, candied sunflower seeds (v)

Hot sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce, salted caramel ice cream
Chocolate and fig Christmas pudding, mulled winter fruits, mince pie ice cream
