The James Martin Manchester a la carte menu will change seasonally so you can enjoy a new gastronomic experience throughout the year. You can expect show-stopping dishes such as Thai crab risotto, lemongrass, lime leaf and green chilli; or white chocolate and whiskey croissant butter pudding, single malt ice cream and honeycomb.
