Dinner with James Martin – 1 September


Join James Martin from 12pm onwards as he hosts a special ‘Supercar Sunday Roast’.


James will join petrol enthusiasts as they showcase their supercars on the Great Northern Square.

Dinner with James Martin – 29 July

For the second time in July we were joined by our restaurant namesake James Martin for a night of fine dining, gin and probing questions!


As part of Caesars Entertainment UK’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, guests were welcomed to the restaurant with a Sipsmith Gin Balloon of their choice, priming them for a keepsake photograph with the man himself.


James was on fine form throughout the night answering questions about his favourite butter brand, (Anchor if you must know), right through to a brazen marriage proposal! Introducing each course, the world-renowned chef lit up the room with a sea of beaming faces and phone cameras.


Dishes on the night included Korean grilled mackerel, hand dived scallop ceviche, Thai crab risotto, salt aged duck and Sipsmith gin and tonic panna cotta all served by the dedicated restaurant team, creating the perfect mid-week evening.

Dinner with James Martin – 17 July

Five courses, five wines, and the chance to ask James any question you like. What could possibly go wrong?!


As part of Caesars Entertainment UK’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, James Martin Manchester welcomed its namesake for an evening of food and wine curated by James himself and his team.


Guests were invited to ask the world-renowned Chef questions about his life and career. They were granted the rare opportunity to have a photograph with and chat to the TV personality.


Dishes on the night included pea veloute, Manchester Gin and vanilla cured salmon, roasted monkfish, crown of Goosnargh chicken and strawberry pavlova all served by the dedicated restaurant team. James held the room perfectly, telling the gripped audience tales of his life and career, creating the perfect mid-week evening.
