At James Martin Manchester, we invite you to mark the occasion with an elegant dining experience built around exceptional food, warm service and a name that is trusted across the UK. Set within our beautifully restored Grade II listed dining room, our Mother’s Day menu has been carefully created to reflect James Martin’s signature style. Seasonal ingredients, classic combinations and refined touches come together in a menu designed to feel special from the moment you arrive.

Our Mother’s Day Set Menu is available as two courses for £48 or three courses for £52, with a selection of beautifully crafted dishes to choose from. Guests are welcomed with house sourdough, Parmesan biscuits and truffled Mornay gougères, served on arrival. Starters include comforting and elegant options such as broccoli and Stilton velouté, house black pudding in brioche with duck egg, or beetroot with Yellison’s goat’s curd. For those wishing to elevate the experience further, our Thai crab risotto is available as a supplementary course, showcasing one of James Martin Manchester’s most loved signature dishes. Main courses celebrate seasonal produce and classic technique, from salmon Wellington with spring herb Hollandaise, to Yorkshire pork loin with prunes in Armagnac, or roasted squash with caponata, feta and salsa verde. Desserts complete the experience with indulgent favourites including sticky toffee pudding, white chocolate and whisky bread and butter pudding, rhubarb and custard tart, or a pear soufflé prepared to order.
