1. The promotion runs from Wednesday to Saturday between 16th April and 30th April and is open to all customers.
2. To participate, customers must sign up to the James Martin Manchester newsletter. Once opted in, customers will receive an email with details on how to redeem the offer:
3. New subscribers will receive the offer immediately.
4. Existing subscribers will receive the offer at the start of each month.
5. Customers may unsubscribe at any time
6. The offer is limited to one redemption per customer
7. All guests who make a booking in April will receive a bounce back voucher for 20% off their food bill when dining from the à la carte menu on their next visit.
a. The voucher will be issued on arrival when the guest shows their email to a member of the team.
b. The voucher must be redeemed on a subsequent visit before 30th May 2026.
c. The follow up reservation must be made and redeemed within the stated validity period.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Metropolitan Rewards discounts do not apply.
9. The offer is valid at James Martin Manchester only.
10. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the attention of Venue Management at the time of visit.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time. Customers who have already met the qualifying criteria will remain eligible to redeem the offer in accordance with these terms.
12. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are not eligible to participate.
13. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the offer being withdrawn.
