Summer tasting experience

A new seasonal tasting experience has arrived at James Martin Manchester.

Available Wednesday to Saturday from 18th June, Taste of Summer celebrates the flavours, colours and ingredients of the season through two carefully curated tasting menus from the kitchen team at James Martin Manchester, with menus designed to suit every diner and every occasion.

From house cured salmon and Thai crab risotto to Lancashire ox cheek and summer desserts, each course has been created to showcase bold seasonal flavours with the refined yet approachable style that defines James Martin Manchester. Guests can choose between two seasonal tasting experiences.
